Ademir Santos

Ademir Santos has extensive work experience as a senior financial executive, with positions in various multinational companies. Ademir is currently the CFO of Americas at Cremer North America, LP, a position they have held since July 2023. Prior to this role, they served as the CFO & VP of Administration - North America at DATAMARS, INC from July 2020 to July 2023. Ademir also held positions at Novus International, Inc., including CFO - Americas & Global Head of IT from September 2015 to June 2020, and CFO - Latin America from December 2012 to August 2015. Ademir also worked at Philips Argentina (Hispanic Latam) as CFO - Latin America (Hispanic Latam) from January 2011 to December 2012, and Senior Director - Business Finance and Shared Services (LATAM) from April 2007 to December 2010. Ademir started their career at INVISTA as the Regional Treasurer SA (South America) from September 2004 to April 2007. Prior to that, they worked at Companhia Metalúrgica Prada as a Treasury Manager from March 2004 to September 2004. Ademir's career began at Claro, where they served as a Treasury Manager from 2000 to 2004. Ademir also gained experience as a Treasury Analyst at Peugeot France from April 1998 to January 2000.

Ademir Santos has a diverse education history. Ademir obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Foreign Trade from Universidade São Francisco in 1997. Ademir then pursued further education and completed a Post Graduation program in Corporate Finance at Fundação Escola de Comércio Álvares Penteado in 2000. Following that, they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from USP - Universidade de São Paulo in 2001. In 2007-2008, Ademir undertook another MBA program, specializing in Controllership at USP - Universidade de São Paulo.

Continuing their education, in 2014, Ademir attended the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, where they completed an Executive Program in Business Administration and Management. As of 2022, Ademir is pursuing a Certificate in Diversity and Inclusion for HR from Cornell University.
