Joel Gosnell

IT Support Coordinator at Crenlo

Joel Gosnell has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Joel started their career at Crenlo in 2003 as an IT Support Coordinator. In 2003, they also joined Worthington Industries as a Quality Technician and worked there until 2005. Joel then served as an E-Coat Lab Technician at Worthington Industries from 2005 to 2006. From 2006 to 2014, they held various roles at Worthington Industries, including Design Engineer, CNC Programmer, and IT Support for Greeneville / Hazard ID & Engineering Team Lead. During their time at Worthington Industries, Joel demonstrated skills in Cisco switch replacements, computer maintenance, programming Mazak lasers, managing programming and nests, cost reduction, and process improvements. Following this, they joined CrownTonka Walk-ins/ThermalRite in 1992 and worked there as a Supervisor/Designer for ten years. In this role, they were responsible for all departments, played a key role in increasing production levels, and maintained safety and quality standards.

Joel Gosnell obtained a Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in Organizational Management and a minor in Information Technology from Tusculum College, completing their education from 2010 to 2014. Prior to that, they pursued general studies at Walters State Community College from 1986 to 1987. Additionally, Joel has acquired various certifications including "Communicating with Emotional Intelligence" and "Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences" from LinkedIn in November 2022. Joel has also completed certifications in "Basic Installation and Configuration of Windows Server 2012," "IT Security Fundamentals," "Cisco Certified Entry Networking Technician Essential Training," and "Introduction to Networking" from Lynda.com between 2015 and 2017.
