Carolyn Sauvage-Mar serves as a Senior Fellow at Community Resource Exchange since 2013 and has held the position of Chair at Toraji - Bell Flower since 2012. Carolyn's consulting expertise was demonstrated as an NGO Consultant in the DPRK from 2010 to 2013 and as a Consultant for UNICEF-India and Pathfinder International - India in 2008 and 2006-2008, respectively. Previously, Carolyn was Chair of Democrats Abroad - India from August 2004 to March 2009. Other notable roles include Co-Director of Consulting at Community Resource Exchange from 1997 to 2004, Program Officer at the New York Foundation in 1996-1997, and NGO Analyst for the Cooperation Committee for Cambodia in 1996-1997, after serving as Programme Coordinator for Catholic Relief Services - Cambodia from 1994 to 1996. Carolyn holds degrees from Antioch College and The Johns Hopkins University.
