Joe Montrosse is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in enterprise transformation within the biopharmaceutical and medical device industries, currently serving as Managing Director at Deloitte from August 2005 to March 2024. In this role, Joe leads initiatives that leverage analytics and cross-functional team leadership to enhance value across core functions. Prior to this, Joe advanced from Senior Consultant to Senior Manager at Deloitte, focusing on analytics-driven strategies for Fortune 500 companies in healthcare and life sciences. Joe began their career at General Motors, where various roles included Project Engineer and Co-op Engineer.
