Michelle Baker

Michelle Baker is an experienced professional with a diverse background in consulting, management, and marketing analytics. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at CREO, Inc. since April 2018, Baker previously operated as an Independent Consultant and held leadership roles at BCBSNC, where management of member operations was a key responsibility, and at the American Kennel Club, where Baker was instrumental in establishing marketing analytics and enhancing customer service operations. Earlier career experiences included positions at Qualex as a Senior Industrial Engineer and at Nortel as an Equipment Application Engineer. Baker holds an MBA from Meredith College and a BS in Industrial Engineering from North Carolina State University.
