Liz Hayward

Liz Hayward is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in various roles spanning over a decade. Currently serving as HR Manager at Creo Medical Ltd. since August 2017, Liz plays a crucial role in supporting the company’s global operations in the medical device field, particularly in surgical endoscopy. Prior to this, an interim HR and Leadership Development Consultant at The Thought Academy Ltd., Liz provided expertise to clients in South and West Wales. Additionally, Liz held the position of HR Director at Brace's Bakery and served as a Volunteer Business Mentor for The Prince's Regeneration Trust. Liz is also the founder of Hayward Consulting Ltd., specializing in HR, organizational development, and learning and development. Education includes an MSc in Business Psychology and a Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development qualification from the University of South Wales.
