Claudia Barrera

Claudia Barrera is an experienced professional with a robust background in finance and project management. Currently serving as an Advisory Project Manager and Director at CREO since April 2023, Claudia previously held dual roles as CFO and COO at Fertilidad Integral from June 2021 to November 2022. Claudia's tenure at McKinsey & Company from February 2019 to June 2021 involved leading transformation efforts and developing finance digital learning programs. Claudia also has significant experience in the public sector, having worked at Banco de México in various roles, including Head of the US Fixed Income Desk and Senior Investment Strategist. Prior research experience includes a fellowship at the Energy Policy Institute at the University of Chicago, focusing on the intersection of climate change and crime. Claudia holds a Master of Public Policy from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Universidad Iberoamericana.
