Haytham Al-Assaal

Haytham Al-Assaal has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the technology sector. Haytham is currently serving as the Managing Partner & CEO at Creo Technologies since August 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Al Tayer Group starting from January 2015, where they held the positions of Head of Retail Technology, Divisional Systems Manager, and System Manager. In their role as Head of Retail Technology, Haytham was responsible for overseeing the development and improvement of various solutions for business functions. Haytham achieved notable accomplishments such as improving workforce productivity by 30% and leading the design and rollout of multiple systems. Before joining Al Tayer Group, Haytham worked at Oracle from 2006 to 2013 as a Principal Retail Support Engineer and EMEA Team Leader. In this role, they provided technical support services, coordinated teams, and played a vital role in rationalizing retail operations. Prior to that, they had brief stints at Orange Business Services as a Network Support Engineer in 2006 and at Appnetics as a Software Developer in 2005.

Haytham Al-Assaal achieved their Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Ain Shams University, which they attended from 2000 to 2005. Following their graduation, they obtained the CCNA certification from Cisco in June 2006.
