Ashley is currently the Founder of CREOATE, a platform that helps small businesses grow by connecting them with sustainable and unique products. Prior to that, they were the Founder of Experiences, where they focused on creating innovative solutions. Before becoming an entrepreneur, Ashley worked at Lloyds Bank, holding roles such as Associate Director in Acquisition Finance and Capital Markets. Ashley also had a brief stint at Lloyds Bank | North America in the US Bond Syndicate division. Earlier in their career, Ashley gained experience at Deloitte UK, working as a Manager in Corporate Finance and Financial Services. Ashley began their professional journey as a Junior Analyst (Internship) at Shinsei Bank.

Ashley H. attended the University of Oregon Lundquist College of Business from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.
