Derek Penton has extensive experience in management and emergency medical services. Currently serving as General Manager at Creole Cuisine Restaurant Concepts since November 2018, Derek previously held leadership positions as Assistant General Manager. Prior roles include Mortgage Banker at Cendera Funding and a decade-long tenure as a Paramedic at Acadian Ambulance, where Derek also took on management responsibilities. Additional experience includes providing emergency care at Lockheed Martin and American Medical Response, transitioning from an EMT-Basic to a Paramedic. Derek holds an Associate of Science in Paramedic from Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College and an Associate of Science in Information Technology from Pearl River Community College.
