Gabrielle Simoneaux has extensive experience in accounts payable, currently serving as the Accounts Payable Manager at Creole Cuisine Restaurant Concepts since May 2017, following roles as Accounts Payable Supervisor and Accounts Payable Specialist within the same company. Prior to this, Gabrielle was employed at Fat Tuesday from May 2000 to May 2017 as a Staff Accountant, demonstrating a solid background in financial management and accounting operations over a career spanning more than two decades.
