Keaton Whitfield is an experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in restaurant management. Currently serving as Assistant General Manager at Creole Cuisine Restaurant Concepts since November 2017, Keaton has previously held management positions at Felix's Restaurant & Oyster Bar, The Blind Tiger, Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Biloxi, and The Shed BBQ & Blues Joint. Keaton's educational background includes a degree in English and Southern Studies from the University of Mississippi, earned between 2006 and 2010.
