Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Dickie Brennan & Co. since December 2023, Robert previously held the position of General Manager and Partner at Creole Cuisine Restaurant Concepts. From March 1989 to May 2015, Robert was with Hillstone Restaurant Group, where responsibilities included General Manager and Regional Vice President, demonstrating a long-standing commitment to excellence in the hospitality industry.
