Tomer Shaek

Tomer Shaek has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. In 2003, they started their career at Aeronautics Group as a Manufacturing Manager, where they worked until 2010. Tomer then transitioned to the role of Director of Operations at the same company and held this position until 2022.

In 2022, Tomer Shaek joined CREOMAGIC as the Vice President of Operations. CREOMAGIC is a comm-tech company that specializes in developing and manufacturing wideband AI driven Software-Defined-Radios. Their products create Mobile Ad-Hoc Networks (MANET/MESH) and are utilized by tactical teams, first responders, and autonomous platforms in various environments. They provide data, audio, and video connectivity on-the-move, even in challenging operational conditions.

Throughout their career, Tomer Shaek has gained expertise in operations management, manufacturing, and leading teams.

Tomer Shaek has a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Management from The Open University of Israel, which they obtained from 2008 to 2012. Tomer later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, specializing in Operations Management and Marketing, from 2015 to 2017.
