Ankit Naik has extensive experience in various roles within the recruitment and sales industry. Ankit started their career at Mphasis as a Retail Banking Specialist before moving on to roles at Tech Mahindra, XDBS Worldwide, Fareportal, DemandShore, iPlace USA, and currently at Creospan Inc. Their roles have included customer service, sales, lead generation, business development, and talent acquisition. Ankit has managed teams, conducted market research, and worked with a variety of clients in different industries. Ankit has a strong background in recruiting, sourcing candidates, and providing exceptional customer service. Their experience spans from 2007 to the present day.

Ankit Naik completed their High School/Secondary Certificate Programs at Dr. Erin N Nagarvala School. Ankit then pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Savitribai Phule Pune University. In 2023, they obtained certifications in ISO 27001: Information Security Management Systems, Lean Six Sigma White Belt, Interviewing Techniques, Excel with LinkedIn Recruiter Assessment, and Talent Sourcing.
