Sonam R. began their career in 2014 as a Graduate Engineering Trainee at Welspun Group, where they worked as a Weaving Planner in the Production Planning and Control (PPC) department for Towel section. Her responsibilities included carrying out Yarn and Loom planning for the Towel Weaving department and interacting with the Weaving Production head for framing daily plans. In 2018, Sonam joined CreOwn Technologies LLC as a Business Development Specialist. In this role, they were responsible for conducting Market Research and identifying potential clients in the target market, generating ideas by researching business objectives, announcements and tracking company details, and managing Client Inquiries/Queries through Mails, Chat windows and other social media platforms.

Sonam R. holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) from MIT School of Business in the field of Marketing, which they obtained between 2016 and 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Textile Technology from L.D. College of Engineering between 2010 and 2014. Additionally, they have a certification in Digital Marketing from Ahmedabad School of Digital Marketing.
