Allen Kerslake has held a variety of roles in the food and beverage industry since 2002. In 2002, they worked as a Digital Media Manager for Precision Web Ltd. Allen then moved to Daybird Management Ltd in 2003 as a Business Analyst. In 2004, they joined Pret A Manger as a Business Development Manager, Regional Project Manager, and General Manager. From 2012 to 2016, they worked for Whitbread as an Operations Manager - Brand Developments, responsible for the development of a new brand concept and the development of additional brand propositions, and as a Regional Operations Manager. Most recently, they have been employed by Crêpeaffaire since 2018 as the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director.
Allen Kerslake attended the University of Reading from 1999 to 2002, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Film & Drama.
