The field went live in July 2016. It powers a large percentage of our factory, and when it is not in use it allows our electric meter to run backwards, pumping power back into the grid. It is becoming increasingly important to reduce our dependency on electricity and begin to look for new and improved energy sources. Our off-premise customers asked for more options in hot and cold holding, and we listened.
