Aaron Parker

Aaron Parker is an accomplished accounting professional with extensive experience in asset management and financial reporting. Currently serving as Vice President of Asset Management and Controller at CRES Management, LLC since May 2012, Aaron oversees financial operations for a diverse portfolio of affordable-housing properties across the United States. Prior to this role, Aaron worked as a Portfolio Accountant at Preservation Housing Management, where responsibilities included financial reporting, cash management, and budgeting. Aaron began their career as a Staff Accountant at Agler & Gaeddert, Chtd. CPA's, specializing in external audits, internal controls, and tax return preparation. Aaron holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Accounting from Emporia State University.
