Bill Baldwin

Bill Baldwin is the Co-Founder and Managing Principal of Cresa Portland, holding this position since January 2014, while also serving as Managing Principal of Cresa Denver since April 2008. Baldwin has contributed to Cresa's governance as a Board Member, participating in the Finance and Investment Committees and leading the valuation methodology process for the merger of 14 Cresa offices. Additionally, Baldwin served as a Board Member for TITAN CEO from June 2021 to May 2022. Baldwin holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Denver (1993-1995) and two Bachelor of Science degrees in Industrial Technology and Real Estate from Illinois State University (1982-1986).
