Bob Badagliacco

Bob Badagliacco, CCIM, currently serves as a Board Member for the Association of Silicon Valley Brokers and holds the position of Senior Vice President at Cresa, where responsibilities include assisting San Francisco Bay Area companies in optimizing their office, R&D, manufacturing, and warehouse spaces to enhance operational efficiency. Before joining Cresa, Bob founded SVN|SV Advisors, focusing on delivering exceptional service to small and mid-sized tenants, and has held managerial roles at RE/MAX Valley Properties, Trammell Crow Company, and CB Commercial, specializing in tenant representation and strategic real estate planning. Bob earned a BS in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and attended Bellarmine College Preparatory.
