Brett Koroluk

Brett Koroluk is a seasoned real estate professional with a robust background in corporate real estate advisory. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Cresa since May 2022, Brett has returned to the firm where the career began in 2010. Previously, Brett held the position of Vice President Asset Management at Slate Asset Management L.P. from May 2019 to May 2022 and advanced through various roles at Aspen Properties from May 2014 to April 2019, including Senior Leasing Manager and Leasing Manager. Early career experience includes a role as Advisor at Cresa, where Brett specialized in assisting companies with corporate real estate strategies. Brett holds a Bachelor of Management degree in Finance from The University of Lethbridge, obtained in 2010.
