Chris Silvestri

Chris Silvestri is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in technology advisory and real estate. As the Founder and President of Tapzeo since January 2022, Chris specializes in IT procurement, strategy, and optimization, guiding organizations through digital transformation and enhancing cybersecurity measures. Previously, Chris served as CEO of TermScout from 2014 to 2018, successfully scaling the technology company before its acquisition by private equity. Chris also held the role of Senior Vice President at Cresa since August 2018, maintaining a real estate license, and acted as Principal at Cresa from 2002 to 2013, advising Fortune 500 and publicly traded companies. Chris holds a degree from Metropolitan State University of Denver.
