David Tevlin is a seasoned professional in the corporate real estate services industry, currently serving as Senior Vice President at Cresa since February 2023. With over 30 years of experience, David has a strong history of identifying and securing client relationships and developing customized real estate solutions. Prior to Cresa, David held the position of Senior Vice President at Fischer & Company from March 2021 to March 2022, and served as Senior Managing Director at Newmark Knight Frank from January 2014 to March 2022, where David was integral to the Global Corporate Services leadership team. Earlier career roles include Managing Director at BDO USA, LLP, where David managed significant sales and marketing initiatives for the Corporate Real Estate Services Group, and Associate Director at Joseph Hilton. David holds a Master's Degree in Real Estate Investment & Finance from New York University and a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate from American University.
