Vice President, Regional Marketing Lead at Cresa

Geoffrey W. has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Geoffrey started their career as a Design Intern at Times Shamrock in 2003 and then worked as an Assistant Art Director at Natural History Magazine in 2005. In the same year, they also had an internship as a Contributing Designer at Popular Mechanics Magazine.

In 2007, Geoffrey joined Colliers International as a Managing Director and Senior Creative Designer. Geoffrey worked there for six years before moving on to start their own creative design business, Geoffrey Wowk Creative Design, in 2005.

Geoffrey's expertise in marketing led him to join Cresa in 2013. Geoffrey initially served as a Vice President of Marketing until 2019 and then returned to the company in 2020 in the same role. Currently, Geoffrey holds the position of Vice President and Regional Marketing Lead at Cresa. In this role, they oversee marketing strategy and implementation for multiple offices and collaborates with local office management and the corporate marketing team to drive business growth.

Throughout their career, Geoffrey has demonstrated a strong design and marketing background, making him a valuable asset to any organization.

Geoffrey W. obtained a B.A. degree in a dual field of study in Graphics Arts and Psychology from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University. Geoffrey also has additional certifications including The Dale Carnegie Course from Dale Carnegie North Texas in 2021, Creating Your Strategic Marketing Plan from LinkedIn in 2020, Wharton Online Alumni from Wharton Online in 2018, and Coursera Course Certificates in Introduction to Financial Accounting and Introduction to Marketing in 2016.
