Jason Shepard

Jason Shepard is the Founder and Managing Principal of Cresa MCS, a division of Cresa specializing in corporate real estate advisory services for tenants and occupiers. Since 2012, Jason has also served as the Founder and Manager of Racksub, an eCommerce portal for data center capacity transactions. In addition to leading Cresa MCS, Jason holds the position of President at Mission Critical Solutions, Inc., overseeing various business interests including Hybrid Colos and iSiteSelection. Previously, Jason was a Senior Vice President at CBRE, where a significant contribution was made to establish the firm's data center practice, processing the most national data center projects during the period of 2000 to 2010. Early career experience includes roles as a Paralegal at Latham & Watkins and as a Legal Assistant at Lewis Brisbois. Jason holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Communication with a minor in Law & Policy from the University of Arizona and a Certificate in Legal Assistantship from the University of California, Irvine.
