Neil Narcisenfeld

Neil Narcisenfeld is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in client-focused roles. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Cresa since June 2019, Neil has successfully led transformative projects that improved client outcomes and negotiated advantageous lease terms. Prior to this, Neil held a similar role at The Ezra Company, where complex real estate assignments were directed for healthcare clients, and brokers were recruited and trained to enhance core competencies. Neil also contributed significantly at Cushman & Wakefield, where major relocation projects for Fortune 500 companies were managed, resulting in considerable cost savings. Additionally, as Corporate Vice President at Studley, Inc., Neil spearheaded business development initiatives that secured significant office spaces and earned the Deal of the Year award in Suburban Maryland from NAIOP. Neil holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Marketing from the University of Maryland.
