Ralph Benzakein

Ralph Benzakein, SIOR, LEED AP, is a highly experienced real estate professional currently serving as the Chief Tenant Advocate at Cresa since June 2004, where efforts focus on maximizing corporate real estate users' revenue through strategic real estate management. In addition, Ralph holds the position of President at the Commercial Industrial Brokers Society of Long Island (CIBS) since January 2025, and has played a significant role in the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) as Past Chairman of the Professional Standards Committee and Vice Chairman of Professional Standards since October 2018. Ralph previously presided over the SIOR NYC & Downstate Chapter from October 2013 to October 2015. Additional experience includes serving as Director for the US Green Building Council Long Island Chapter and various positions in sales and management at several companies including Newmark Knight Frank and Carnival Corporation. Ralph's education includes studies at Dawson College and Mrhs.
