Gargi Patki

Gargi Patki's most recent work experience is with Crescendo Transcriptions Pvt Ltd. Gargi started with the company in 2017 as a Transcriber, where they worked on market research projects for top companies. Gargi then became a Quality Analyst, responsible for checking the quality of transcripts and coordinating with vendors to make necessary corrections. Gargi then moved on to become a Training Specialist, where they trained new transcribers and content analysts, solving any doubts they had and preparing them for live projects. Gargi then took on the role of Project Manager, where they distributed projects to vendors, ensured timely delivery, and communicated with clients for project briefings. In their most recent role as Operations Manager, Gargi has been responsible for managing 20+ vendors, overseeing their training and performance, and ensuring smooth operations within the company.

Before joining Crescendo Transcriptions Pvt Ltd, Gargi worked at Patki Industries as a Marketing Manager from 2015 to 2017.

Gargi Patki completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from Vivekanand Arts, Sardar Dalip Singh Commerce & Science College during the period from 2010 to 2014. Additionally, Gargi obtained several certifications, including "The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing" from Google in October 2020, "Research Proposal: Initiating Research" from the University of California, Davis in July 2020, and "Excel Skills for Business: Essentials" from Macquarie University in June 2020.
