Keoni Lima

Keoni Lima currently serves as the Vice President of Operations at Crescendo, a position held since October 2024. Previously, Keoni held the title of Vice President of Global Partner Operations at PartnerHero from January 2021 to June 2023, where responsibilities included corporate governance and operational oversight. Prior roles include Head of Partner Operations for North America & EMEA and Partner Operations Sr. Program Manager at Jelli, Inc., where Keoni focused on customer success for an enterprise-level client base generating significant revenue. Keoni's extensive experience in client services began as an Enterprise Client Services Team Manager at Paylocity, launching a high-revenue client support team, and also included a role as Customer Success Team Manager at Xerox. Keoni holds a Master of Science in Management & Leadership and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Western Governors University.
