Chris Kuan

Chris Kuan is an engineering team lead at Crescendo Lab. Chris has a background in back end development, having worked with containerized backend products and deployed products in high availability Kubernetes clusters. Chris has also led teams in migrating projects from Docker Swarm on Microsoft Azure to Kubernetes on Google Cloud Platform. In addition, Chris has increased fetch instant data performance from 30+ web sources to 100+ web sources by refactoring a distributed crawler service. Furthermore, Chris has led the implementation of a WebSocket real-time chatroom service for simultaneous support of 200+ users online chat. Chris has also developed and maintained RESTful APIs and integrated payment gateway APIs. Lastly, Chris created a lite customized stress testing framework based on Python Asyncio to improve QA team testing efficiency.

Chris Kuan has a Master's degree in Environmental Engineering from National Chiao Tung University.
