Kimberly Daste

Kimberly Daste has a diverse work experience in the field of benefits administration. Kimberly currently serves as a Benefits Administrator at Crescent Bank since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at a confidential company in stealth mode as a Senior Benefits Specialist and Benefits Specialist starting in 2020. From 2019 to 2020, they were a Benefits Specialist at Delta Administrative Services, where they performed various benefits-related activities. Before that, they worked as a Benefits Administrator II at Service Corporation International from 2015 to 2017. Their earliest relevant role was as an HR Benefits Coordinator at Vinson Guard Service, Inc. from 2014 to 2015, where they were responsible for designing, implementing, and managing corporate benefits programs. Throughout their career, Kimberly has demonstrated expertise in benefits administration, including management of various programs, compliance with legal requirements, and collaboration with outside vendors and brokers.
