Clayton A. Bruce

Clayton A. Bruce, CFA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in leveraged finance and structured finance. Currently serving as Managing Director at Crescent Capital Group LP since March 2022, Clayton has previously held leadership positions such as Director of Insurance & Financial Services Leveraged Finance at Madison Capital Funding LLC from September 2015 to March 2022, and Managing Director of Sponsor Leveraged Finance at Fifth Third Bank from June 2004 to September 2015. Clayton also has a background in mezzanine finance and structured finance. Educational credentials include an MS in Accountancy and an MBA in Finance from DePaul Driehaus College of Business, along with a BBA in Finance from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business. Clayton holds FINRA Series 63 and 79 Securities Licenses.
