Mike Rogers

Mike Rogers has a diverse background in finance and investment, with significant experience in managing and structuring transactions. Mike began their career in 1984 as an Assistant Vice President at Manufacturers Hanover Trust and later worked as a Vice President at Fleet Bank. In 1997, they joined Fleet Securities as Managing Director and Co-Head of Structuring - Loan Syndications, where they were responsible for originating and structuring transactions for large corporate clients. In 2004, they moved to Bank of America/Banc of America Securities as a Senior Vice President, handling relationships with mid-cap companies and delivering corporate finance and treasury management solutions.
