Herb Patterson

Herb is originally from Washington, DC but has called New Orleans home since 2000. He received his undergraduate degree from Tulane University, where he studied at the AB Freeman School of Business. Always having a desire to teach, he enrolled in the Teach Greater New Orleans program at the University of New Orleans and obtained his teaching certification in middle school science. He has served as a teacher in both traditional public and charter schools in New Orleans. While teaching, he received his M.Ed. at Our Lady of Holy Cross College and has since worked as a mentor teacher, administrator, student data manager, and operations director.
