Dan Gualtieri

Dan Gualtieri is a seasoned professional in real estate development with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Development at Crescent Communities, Dan previously held the position of Vice President of Development at MADISON CAPITAL GROUP, LLC. Earlier in their career, Dan worked as a Development Associate at both Leon Capital Group and Grubb Properties, as well as completing a role as a Summer Acquisition and Development Associate at JBGR Retail. Dan holds a Master's Degree in Real Estate Investment and Development from Cornell University and a Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate from Syracuse University.
