Michael Tubridy

Michael Tubridy is the Senior Managing Director for Multifamily Development at Crescent Communities, LLC. Michael is responsible for sourcing new investment opportunities, negotiating land contracts, securing entitlements and project financing, project design and programming, and the execution of all new multifamily and mixed-use developments for the company throughout the Carolinas and Tennessee. Prior to joining Crescent Communities, Michael held various development roles at Aimco Apartment Homes and Dale Henson Associates. Michael holds a Masters in Business Administration from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Marketing from the University of Richmond.
