Colleen Matthews, SHRM - SCP, is an experienced human resources professional with a comprehensive background in HR leadership across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Crescent Foods since July 2022, Colleen has previously held similar roles at Brad Foote Gear Works and Plymouth Tube Company, where expertise included HR program implementation, organizational development, and employee relations. Colleen's career began at Elkay Manufacturing, progressing through various HR positions, ultimately providing specialized support in benefits, compensation, and training. Colleen holds a bachelor's degree from Lewis University.
