Bradley Poock, CHRM has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Bradley is currently serving as the Vice President of Commercial Integration at Crescent Hotels & Resorts since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Driftwood Hospitality Management from 2019 to 2023, where they held various roles including Corporate Director of Revenue Management, Regional Director of Revenue Management, and Area Director of Revenue Management. From 2014 to 2019, Bradley worked at TPG Hotels and Resorts as an Area Director of Revenue Management. During this time, they managed the Sheraton Suites Dallas and Sheraton Suites Columbus, achieving top performance in exceeding budget and revenue goals. Before that, they served as the Front Office Manager at Hilton Columbus Downtown in 2012. Bradley had also worked at TPG Hotels and Resorts as the Director of Revenue Management at Sheraton Suites Columbus in the same year.

Bradley Poock, CHRM, completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Hospitality Administration/Management and Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from The Ohio State University, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. Bradley has also obtained various additional certifications to further enhance their skills and knowledge in the field. These certifications include Hilton GRO Certified from Hilton in December 2019, Certified Hospitality Revenue Manager (CHRM) from the American Hotel & Lodging Association in July 2019, Concerto Revenue Management from InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG®) in July 2018, Marriott One Yield 2 and CITY Certified from Marriott International in January 2015, Revenue Management Academy from Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. in April 2012, and Front Office Academy from Hilton in February 2011.
