Erica Lipscomb has over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with expertise in sales, revenue, and operations. Erica has held various leadership roles throughout their career. From 1993 to 2009, they served as an Area Sales Leader at Marriott International. Erica then worked as the Area Director of Sales and Marketing at Kimpton Hotels from 2009 to 2017. During this time, they focused on maximizing revenue through sales and marketing strategies. In 2017, they became an independent consultant, providing solutions to critical issues and opportunities in the hospitality industry. In 2017, they also joined Nirvana Analytics as the SVP of Asset Management. Currently, Erica is the SVP Revenue Strategy at Crescent Hotels & Resorts, where they oversee the implementation of sales, marketing, public relations, revenue, and digital strategies to optimize revenue at the property level.
From 1989 to 1993, Erica Lipscomb attended James Madison University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in the field of hospitality.
