Farah Farooq

Farah Farooq has over 20 years of experience in the recruitment and employee engagement sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Supervisor in Employee Engagement and formerly as a Senior Specialist in Talent Acquisition at Crescent Petroleum, the largest privately owned oil and gas company in the Middle East, Farah oversees critical human resources functions since July 2011. Prior experience includes roles as a Researcher at Connected Group, a Team Leader at Convergeon, and a Recruitment Coordinator at People-One Consulting. Farah holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Karnataka State University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Annamalai University, supplemented by technical training from NIIT.
