IT Support-drilling Department at Crescent Petroleum

Goran Luqman has worked in various IT support and network engineering roles throughout their career. Goran started their professional journey as a Junior Network Administrator at Goran Net ISP, where they were responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining dedicated customers' equipment and providing remote support. Goran then joined Tishknet Internet Services as a Mobile Packet Backbone Network Engineer, where they monitored system performance and ensured availability and reliability. At CellNet ISP, Goran worked as a Project Manager, overseeing a campus area with multiple devices and resolving various issues related to networking. Later, they joined Crescent Petroleum as an IT Support Engineer, installing and configuring new technology, providing regular maintenance, and troubleshooting hardware and software. Currently, Goran holds a position at Crescent Petroleum as an IT Support in the Drilling Department.

Goran Luqman obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communication Engineering from the Technical Collage of Sulaimanyah, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. In addition to their degree, they have acquired several certifications in the field of IT and technology. These include the Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate from Microsoft, obtained in June 2023, and the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, obtained in January 2021. Goran also holds the CompTIA IT Operations Specialist and CompTIA Network+ ce certifications, obtained in January 2019 and December 2016 respectively. Other certifications include the ICND1 100-105 from Cisco in May 2018, CCNA Wireless 640-722 and CCNA Routing & Switching 200-120 from Cisco in December 2014 and January 2014 respectively, CompTIA A+ obtained in October 2018, and Microsoft 365 Certified Fundamentals and Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate from Microsoft in December 2019 and October 2020 respectively. Lastly, they obtained the MTA: Security Fundamentals - Certified 2019 from Microsoft in August 2019.
