Remsal Fernandes

Remsal Fernandes has over 15 years of experience in the IT industry. Remsal started their career in 2006 as a Help Desk Analyst at Crescent Petroleum and worked their way up to various roles including Support Engineer, Systems Support Engineer, and Systems Administrator. In 2016, they became an Assistant Manager in IT Infrastructure at Crescent Petroleum, and currently holds the position of Manager, IT Infrastructure. Prior to joining Crescent Petroleum, Remsal worked as a Computer Engineer at Middle East Container Repair Company LLC from 2004 to 2006.

Remsal Fernandes completed their education with a Master of International Business degree from the University of Wollongong in Dubai, specializing in the field of International Business, between 2004 and 2006. Before that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Systems Engineering from Sharjah College, from 1998 to 2003. Remsal's high school education was obtained at St. Mary's Catholic High School in Dubai, U.A.E., where they completed their A' Levels from 1983 to 1998.

In addition to their formal education, Remsal Fernandes has obtained several certifications. In April 2015, they earned the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. In November 2013, they received the Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certification for Core Solutions of Microsoft Lync Server 2013, as well as the ITIL v3 Foundation certification from APMG-International. In June 2010, Remsal obtained the Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist certification for Microsoft Exchange Server 2010, Configuring.
