Soma Nadir

Soma Nadir has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. They started their career in 2017 as a Technical Support Engineer at United Energy For Calibration and Testing Labs. In 2018, they joined HMH Group as a Technical Support Officer and later became a Technical Support Coordinator. In 2020, Soma transitioned to Mercy Corps, where they worked as a Program Assistant until 2021. Currently, Soma is employed at Crescent Petroleum as a GIS Analyst.

Soma Nadir's education history includes a Master's degree in Executive Master in Business Administration from the University of Kurdistan Hewlêr (UKH), which was obtained from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, Soma obtained a Bachelor's degree in Natural Resource Engineering from the same university, which was completed from 2014 to 2018.

In addition to formal education, Soma has pursued several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. These certifications include "Data Analysis and Visualization with Microsoft POWER BI" from Udacity, obtained in June 2023, and "Master Power BI Desktop & learn advanced Power BI For Business Intelligence" from Udemy: Online Courses, obtained in August 2022. Soma also obtained certifications in "Going Places with Spatial Analysis" and "Cartography" from Esri in May 2022 and March 2022 respectively. Furthermore, Soma acquired the "Imagery Analysis in ArcGIS Pro" and "Spatial Analysis using ArcGIS Pro" certifications from gistec in November 2021.
