Becky Speight has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in financial operations and management. Becky has worked as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in various hospitals, including Crescent Medical Center Lancaster, Dallas Regional Medical Center, Lake Pointe Medical Center, Bailey Medical Center, and Henryetta Medical Center. Throughout their career, they have successfully supervised multiple departments such as Patient Access, Health Information Management, Case Management, Materials Management, IT, Revenue Analysis, and Accounting and Finance. Becky has also been involved in turning around underperforming hospitals and achieving profitability within a short period of time. In addition to their healthcare roles, they have worked as a Controller at OSU Medical Center and as a Managing Consultant at BKD, LLP. Becky's career started with roles in finance and accounting at NDC Health and CIS TECHNOLOGIES, INC. Becky Speight earned an MBA in Business Administration from The University of Tulsa, from 1995 to 1997. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Accounting from the University of Arkansas, from 1982 to 1986. Additionally, Becky holds certifications as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Fellow of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (FHFMA).
