Cherod Chappell

Cherod Chappell, SHRM-SCP, has a diverse work experience in HR positions. From 2014 to 2017, they worked at HGS - Hinduja Global Solutions as a Senior Recruiter and later as an HR Specialist (Payroll and Benefits). Cherod was responsible for developing recruitment strategies and filling a significant number of customer service positions. Additionally, Chappell ensured accurate and timely processing of HR information and resolved discrepancies in employment data.

In 2017, Chappell joined West Fraser as an HR Generalist, where they handled various HR tasks such as responding to employee queries, managing the recruitment process, and processing terminations and leave of absence requests.
