Erin Blankenberger

Erin Blankenberger, J.D., CCEP, AWI-CH has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Erin is currently serving as the VP of Ethics and Compliance at Cresco Labs since March 2022. Prior to this, Erin worked at Reyes Holdings where they held various roles in the Ethics and Compliance department, including Director, Manager, and Coordinator, from 2012 to 2022. Before joining Reyes Holdings, Erin worked as an Attorney at Larsen Law Firm, P.C. from September 2008 to August 2011. Prior to that, they served as a Contract Attorney at Hannafan & Hannafan from November 2007 to August 2008. Erin also gained experience as a Research Assistant for Professor Michele Goodwin at DePaul University College of Law from May 2005 to July 2006.

Erin Blankenberger, J.D., CCEP, AWI-CH, obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication & Culture and Germanic Studies from Indiana University Bloomington in 2003. Erin then went on to earn a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from DePaul University College of Law in 2007. In addition to their formal education, they also hold certifications in Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) from the Compliance Certification Board obtained in 2013, and AWI-CH from the Association of Workplace Investigators, Inc. obtained in 2017.
