Greg Muzzillo

Greg Muzzillo is an experienced professional in operations and technology management, currently serving as the Technology Operations Manager at Cresco Labs since March 2020, overseeing support and project management for Retail Technology applications. Prior to this role, Muzzillo was the Dispensary Manager at Cresco Labs, responsible for all dispensary operations including inventory, compliance, patient service, and employee management. Formerly, as Operations Manager at The Guitar Center Company from August 2016 to February 2020, Muzzillo managed inventory and store operations. Additionally, Muzzillo worked as a Lead Supervisor at UPS from April 2012 to July 2015, focusing on team management and safety in a hub facility. Muzzillo holds an Associate's degree in Audio Engineering from the Lexington School of Recording Arts and has studied at the University of Kentucky from August 2009 to April 2011.
