Kerri Marshall

Kerri Marshall, PMP, has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries.

Starting their career at McMillan Associates in 1995, they served as a Sr. Designer/Project Manager/Production Manager, managing larger accounts and leading design teams. Kerri then joined International Paper, Fine Papers Division in 1999 as a Sr. Specification Sales Executive, where they successfully sold and promoted high-end paper to ad agencies and graphic design firms.

In 2001, Kerri joined Neenah Paper, Inc. as a Sr. Specification Account Manager, Chicago & Minneapolis, focusing on selling and promoting premium paper to ad agencies and graphic designers. Kerri developed and implemented local marketing programs to support national brand advertising and marketing efforts.

From 2008 to 2009, Kerri worked at Liska + Associates, a strategic branding and communications firm, as an Account/Project Manager. Kerri managed the firm's larger accounts, including estimating, strategy development, brand management, and project scheduling.

Next, Kerri joined Pepper Group, a marketing communications firm, as an Account Executive/Project Manager from 2009 to 2010. Kerri was responsible for project management, client relations, and business growth within accounts.

In 2010, Kerri joined Ogilvy & Mather, an advertising agency, as a Print Producer. Kerri managed multiple projects for a large CPG client, including in-store displays, advertising, digital ads, and packaging. Kerri also handled vendor relationships and oversaw print production.

From 2012 to 2019, Kerri worked at VSA Partners as a Director, Project Management. Their role involved leading project teams on large accounts, managing budgets, resourcing, and client communications. Kerri also mentored other project managers to support their professional growth.

Most recently, Kerri joined Cresco Labs in 2019 as a Production Studio Director and later became the Production Design Director, Packaging in 2022. Kerri led creative production studios and packaging design teams for one of the largest national cannabis companies. Kerri was responsible for implementing best-in-class design and print production for consumer packaging across multiple brands and states. Kerri also partnered with the broader design team on new product and packaging initiatives.

Kerri Marshall, PMP holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Visual Communications from Northern Illinois University. Kerri has also obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
