Maxwell Salinger

Maxwell Salinger is an experienced professional in cannabis cultivation and operations, currently serving as Vice President of Cultivation at Cresco Labs since September 2019, where responsibilities include managing over 150,000 square feet of recreational cannabis production and overseeing a significant canopy expansion. Prior to this role, Maxwell held various positions at Solstice Group, including Director of Operations and Director of Production, focusing on production methodologies and team leadership.
